A study in JAMA Psy­chi­a­try found that peo­ple with mild to mod­er­ate de­pres­sion who lifted weights two or more days a week ex­pe­ri­enced “sig­nif­i­cant” im­prove­ments in their symp­toms, com­pared with those who didn’t.
