GOLDEN TWINE COCKTAIL
You will need:
20ml Bisquit VS Cognac
25ml lemon juice
40ml raspberry jam or coulis
100ml Brut MCC of your choice
Goji berry dust (grind dried goji berries in a food processor)
• Mix the Bisquit VS, raspberry jam/coulis and lemon juice in a standard cocktail shaker with ice.
• Dust the outside of the chilled champagne flute with goji berry dust and wine twine around the stem of the flute.
• Pour half the MCC into the glass and the other half into the cocktail shaker.
• Strain the cocktail shaker contents into the flute. Serve immediately.
