A CITY resident celebrated her 100th birthday yesterday, surrounded by a conference room full of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other family members and friends at a local hotel. Charlotte Chapman had a sparkle in her eye and joked that her seven children was due to the lack of television and computers in those days. Chapman said she has been blessed with 29 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.
