Do you have a pet? I have a Pekingese dog named Oreo who hates oreo's but loves fruit and loves sticking her tongue out of her mouth, even though she can't bark she can snore louder than any human I know.

Favourite drill in the gym or at practice: Has to be the bicep curl in the gym.

Least favourite exercise: Fitness drills

Plans for one day, after rugby:

I definitely still want to be involved in the sport having my sports management diploma and also having personal training and nutrition diploma to lean on if things work out and eventually giving back to the community as best as I can

Do you have a pet? Yes, I have Ben. He is a beautiful but very naughty Canadian Golden retriever we rescued from the SPCA in Bloemfonte­in. He loves to dig holes and jump on me in the middle of the night.

One day, after rugby ... what are your plans: To become a restaurate­ur and open a variety of restaurant­s.

Is there a quote you have read (or a song lyric or a line of poetry) that you think can motivate or influence today’s youth in a positive way: Fire in the belly and ice in the mind – as much as your heart is jumping out of your chest it's very important to be clear and calm in your thought.
