Boating couple rescued just off Gordon’s Bay Harbour
A Pringle Bay couple was rescued after their ski-boat suffered engine failure off Gordon’s Bay on Sunday (2 August).

Meiklejohn said the duty crew of the National Sea Rescue Institute’s Gordon’s Bay Station 9 was activated for assistance at 13:11.
“Our craft, was launched and on our arrival at the ski-boat, we rigged a towline and towed the couple into Gordon’s Bay Harbour without incident, and helped put the boat on the trailer.”
