It’s more substantia­l than a model version of the actual car, it’s functional and in-line with modern standards. It’s called the Aston Martin DB5 Junior. The carmaker has late last month announced a collaborat­ion with The Little Car Company that will use its expertise to breathe life into a twothird scale model of Aston’s most iconic car, the DB5. Using 3D scans of the original car, 1,059 units will be built, the same number of original DB5s that saw the light of day. It will be fully functional with an electric motor, while it will also have three driving modes in the form of Novice, Expert and Race. With 1 kW and 5 kW on tap for Novice and Expert mode, the company has said that the Race mode output will match that of other Little Car replicas…
