INSCRIBED IN HISTORY
The story goes that 90 years ago, three-time Le Mans winner, Woolf Barnato, made a bet with a friend over dinner that he could, using his Bentley Speed Six, beat the Le Train Bleu, a train that ran between Calais and the French Riviera, by going from Cannes to London in less time – an ambitious undertaking, even to this day. Naturally, he won, or else this feat would have just been a footnote in a memoir, but now, nearly a century after his victory, this legendary tale has served as the inspiration for Graf von Faber-Castell’s newest line of exquisite pens that include fountain pens, ball-point pens and rollerball pens of which only 1,930 will be crafted to commemorate the year of the Bentley Blue Train Race.
