Club sandwich
SERVES 1-2 PREPARATION: 15 MIN COOKING: NONE
45g liver spread
3 slices brown bread, toasted handful crisp lettuce
1 tomato, thinly sliced ½ cucumber, thinly sliced 1 chicken breast, cooked 4 streaky bacon strips, cooked
until crispy
1 Put some of the liver spread on one slice of toasted bread, top with some lettuce, a few slices of tomato and cucumber and add the chicken breast.
2 Cover with another slice of toasted bread, liver spread, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and the bacon strips.
3 Cover with the third slice of toast.
4 Cut the sandwich into two diagonal halves and insert cocktail sticks to hold it all together.
