CHOCOLATE FONDANT
SERVES 4 PREPARATION: 10 MIN COOKING: 8-10 MIN
300g dark chocolate (50%), broken into pieces
175g butter
125g sugar
75g flour
5 eggs vanilla ice cream or cream to serve
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease 4 ramekins with nonstick spray.
1 Melt the chocolate and butter and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and flour, then beat in the eggs, one by one.
2 Combine the chocolate mixture with the flour mixture and spoon into the greased ramekins. 3 Bake for 8-10 minutes till set on the outside, but still runny inside. 4 Remove and serve warm with the vanilla ice cream or cream.
