DRUM - - Ed's Note -

Pastor Mboro invited trouble when he rejected the summons by the CRL Rights Commission (Slaying dragons, 20 July).

Churches are supposed to be places where souls are healed, and where the constitution must be upheld.

Rejecting the summons created the perception that Pastor Mboro has something to hide.

I urge the beneficiaries of Pastor Mboro to come forward and clear the man’s name, if he helped them during trying times. One favour deserves another.

I hope the saga ends well, because if it doesn’t, many people will lose trust in churches.

The more congregations we have that implement the Ten Commandments of the Bible, the sooner we will be able to defeat poverty and crime. PERCY MOFFAT, MAMELODI EAST
