It’s the sea­son for in­dul­gence all right. But if you’ve spent all year KHATIJA NXEDLANA re­li­giously sweat­ing it out at the gym and eat­ing health-con­scious meals, does this mean en­joy­ing the silly sea­son will see 11 months of hard work fly out the win­dow?
