DRUM - - Ed's Notes - SP MOFFAT, EMAIL

YOU may think some people have no problems because they always seem to be happy, while you shoulder endless burdens.

But you need to stop comparing your inside to someone else’s outside. The seemingly happy people you envy may have the same feelings about you.

People with a more positive outlook choose happiness. They may not do it consciously because it has become a habit.

Don’t go looking for all the riches in the world to achieve happiness. That’s a waste of energy, time and emotions.

Simply adopt a habit of happiness. Be proud of yourself and your ability to make things happen.

Be grateful for what you have, no matter how little it is. Socialise with positive people who encourage you to be your best self.

It’s strenuous and useless to strive for perfection.

Strive for excellence because this is your life. You don’t need someone else’s approval to be happy. The choice is yours.
