ON TYRESE’S SIDE
DEALING with his ex-wife’s custody and childcare demands took their toll on TYRESE GIBSON, who infamously had a meltdown on social media a year ago.
Now a judge has taken the actor’s side, ruling when it comes to his ex demanding he cover childcare costs, there are limits.
Court papers reveal Norma Gibson can’t expect Tyrese to reimburse her costs for babysitters to watch their daughter,
SHAYLA (11), if Norma is running “non-work errands” or simply doing housework.
According to reports earlier this year Tyrese was unhappy with the childcare bills his ex was running up and the fact, he claims, that she’s “not making an effort” to get a steady job.
The judge has decided what constitutes work activities for Norma, and when Tyrese must pay for babysitters.
These include developing her business as a life coach, working on her book or pursuing her art.
The judge also recommended Norma “maintain a diary of time spent on work,” something Tyrese had asked for.
