A WILD RIDE!

DRUM - - In The Classroom -

In Virginia in the US, a roller-coaster ride called the Loch Ness Monster has guaranteed visitors an awesome experience since 1978. The roller coaster is 988m long, 40m high and has a descent of about 40m – and everything happens at about 100km/hour. Riders experience a G-force of 3,5g, which is more than the G-force experienced by astronauts during a space shuttle launch (3g), but less than a Formula One racing driver while braking heavily (5g)!
