NOT even Grammy-nominated stars get to shop in peace, it seems. SZA, who has nine Grammy nods, was accused of shoplifting at a beauty shop Sephora. The singer blasted the Los Angeles store for their accusation. She tweeted she’d been shopping for Fenty Beauty products when she was harassed by an employee named Sandy for “stealing” before security guards were called. “Sandy Sephora . . . called security to make sure I wasn’t stealing. We had a long talk. U have a blessed day Sandy,” SZA tweeted. The singer’s fans went online to blast the beauty store, which has said it’s investigating the incident as it “takes complaints like this very seriously, profiling on the basis of race is not tolerated at Sephora”.
