THE EAT OUT 500

Our panel of professional critics (see page 16) rated thousands of candidates (including the most viewed restaurants on the site), with the highest scoring restaurants making up the Eat Out 500 in this issue. We then commissioned the critics to review these eateries in secret on behalf of Eat Out. The panel is made up of a diverse range of individuals – seasoned journalists, bloggers, writers, trained chefs, caterers, food personalities, lecturers and former restaurateurs.
