1 tot Lillet Blanc Sparkling water Tonic

Sparkling Water

1 sprig of thyme

Fill the Belvedere Spritz glass with ice.

Combine all ingredients except for the grapefruit and thyme.

Garnish with 2 grapefruit slices and the sprig of thyme.
