Hot starters include some delicious fishcakes, followed by a section called 'High Seas' with pan-fried halibut, monkfish and seafood risotto. The signature dishes include quail crown, ostrich fillet, beef tournedos and a paradise fillet with garlic snails, prawns, exotic mushrooms and port jus.
