Breakfasts include zucchini fritters topped with poached eggs and a home-made tomato relish, creamy mushrooms on toast with home-made hummus, or Hot Fac porridge with flaxseeds, almonds, chia seeds and a fig compote. For lunch, choose from the harvest table or grab a cauli-wrap filled with sundried tomatoes, hummus, caramelise­d onions, goat’s cheese, spinach, carrots and cabbage. There are also easy-eating snacks like toasted banana bread, a vegan curry bowl and hemp waffles served with Nice Cream, fresh berries and cacao. DRINKS Think smoothies like the Cacao Nut with cacao, cashews, banana and mulberries; or a Calypso Spice juice with pineapple, beetroot and cinnamon. The coffee by Truth is delicious.
