-

BEST FOR A flashy dinner with overseas visitors or a special celebration with close friends. FOOD The à la carte menu features six starters, six mains and six dessert options. The beef tartare starter is highly recommended: chunky tender cubes of beef enveloped in a rich teriyaki dressing with balsamic glazed onions, peas, pickled baby corn, quail egg and avocado. The duck liver parfait comes in perfect logs, rolled in burnt onion dust.

For mains, try the braised beef short rib with kohlrabi disc or opt for a lighter seafood dish. Desserts are a highlight! The almond éclair with almond ganache, vanilla gel, honey pearls, dark chocolate soil and tonka bean ice cream is a must. Or try the whiskey tipsy tart or goat’s cheesecake. Amuse bouche, bread board and after-dinner treats come standard. DRINKS There’s a wide selection of wines, spirits and cocktails. SERVICE Friendly staff really bring their A-game. AMBIENCE The space is modern yet inviting. (IvdM)
