What do you eat be­fore and af­ter a work­out? Be­fore work­ing out, I have a high pro­tein and fi­bre break­fast, Jun­gle Oats with a spoon of peanut but­ter and a ba­nana. Af­ter work­ing out, I eat 4 boiled eggs. How speed­ily can one see the out­comes of train­ing? Af­ter three weeks of con­sis­tent train­ing and fol­low­ing an ad­e­quate diet.

Which do you do first, car­dio or weights? Car­dio. You are into quite a num­ber of ac­tiv­i­ties, how do you make sure that you give ad­e­quate time for each? Like every­one else in or­der to get things done on time, I have to pre­pare or plan my day.

How much time do you take in the gym and when is the finest time for you to gym, morn­ing, af­ter­noon or evening?

My ses­sions are usu­ally an hour and a half long. An hour of weight train­ing and 30 min­utes func­tional train­ing. What is the best thing about be­ing a fit­ness in­flu­encer? It has to be the ex­po­sure that comes with it and the free clothes of course, *lol*.

Why is ex­er­cis­ing/work­ing out im­por­tant?

I train or ex­er­cise to add life. Healthy body and healthy mind.
