What do you eat before and after a workout? Before working out, I have a high protein and fibre breakfast, Jungle Oats with a spoon of peanut butter and a banana. After working out, I eat 4 boiled eggs. How speedily can one see the outcomes of training? After three weeks of consistent training and following an adequate diet.
Which do you do first, cardio or weights? Cardio. You are into quite a number of activities, how do you make sure that you give adequate time for each? Like everyone else in order to get things done on time, I have to prepare or plan my day.
How much time do you take in the gym and when is the finest time for you to gym, morning, afternoon or evening?
My sessions are usually an hour and a half long. An hour of weight training and 30 minutes functional training. What is the best thing about being a fitness influencer? It has to be the exposure that comes with it and the free clothes of course, *lol*.
