In­gre­di­ents: 1 cup chopped nuts (your choice) 1 cup chopped cel­ery 1 red pep­per cut in Juliane strips 1 green pep­per in Juliane strips 500 g chicken breast cut in thin strips 5 tor­tilla breads 5 ml oil 5 ml crashed gar­lic, salt and pep­per Cream salad dress­ing to driz­zle in­side.

Meth­ods; 1. Chop your nuts and cel­ery place in dif­fer­ent bowls put aside 2. Cut your pep­pers into Juliane strips 3. Cut your chicken breast into strips 4. Then, heat your pan, add oil then gar­lic and stir well then add your chicken breast suttee till turns golden 5. Add your veg­eta­bles fry till crispy sea­son with salt and pep­per

How to make a wrap:

-Put your tor­tilla in a free flow space lay your chicken breast mix add your nuts and cel­ery on top sauce with mix­ture of cream salad dress­ing then close up your wrap -Cut into 4-5 cm length place in oven for 5 min­utes till char coaled serve hot with a side slice of fruit.

Tips: per­fec­tion lay your mix­ture of chicken breast at the start length of tor­tilla so that you can roll it nicely and well packed in­side. (Not to put or stuff at the mid­dle of tor­tilla.
