MIXED BERRY TART

SERVES 6 READY IN 20 MIN + CHILL­ING

For the crust

300g gin­ger bis­cuits, finely crushed

½ cup Clover Mooi River Salted But­ter, melted

For the fill­ing

1 packet berry-flavoured jelly pow­der 1 cup boil­ing wa­ter

1 x 385g can Clover Con­densed Milk 1 ⅓ cups Clover Fruits of the For­est Yo­ghurt Mixed Berry

Fresh berries, to serve

1 Mix the bis­cuits and but­ter in a medium bowl. Press into a 22 x 30cm tart tin; chill in the fridge. 2 Mean­while, whisk the jelly pow­der and wa­ter in a jug. Set aside to cool, but don’t al­low to set. 3 In a large bowl, whisk the jelly mix­ture, con­densed milk and Clover Fruits of the For­est Yo­ghurt Mixed Berry.

4 Re­move tart case from fridge and pour in jelly mix­ture. Re­turn to fridge for 4 hr or overnight un­til set. Serve with the fresh berries.
