MIXED BERRY TART
SERVES 6 READY IN 20 MIN + CHILLING
For the crust
300g ginger biscuits, finely crushed
½ cup Clover Mooi River Salted Butter, melted
For the filling
1 packet berry-flavoured jelly powder 1 cup boiling water
1 x 385g can Clover Condensed Milk 1 ⅓ cups Clover Fruits of the Forest Yoghurt Mixed Berry
Fresh berries, to serve
1 Mix the biscuits and butter in a medium bowl. Press into a 22 x 30cm tart tin; chill in the fridge. 2 Meanwhile, whisk the jelly powder and water in a jug. Set aside to cool, but don’t allow to set. 3 In a large bowl, whisk the jelly mixture, condensed milk and Clover Fruits of the Forest Yoghurt Mixed Berry.
4 Remove tart case from fridge and pour in jelly mixture. Return to fridge for 4 hr or overnight until set. Serve with the fresh berries.
