Mi­crowave 100g frozen berries, the zest of ½ an or­ange and a squeeze of the juice on high for 2 min. Stir 4 tsp oats into 2 tbsp low-fat plain yo­ghurt. Top the berries with the oats, ½ sliced ba­nana, ½ tsp ca­cao nibs and ½ tsp chia seeds, if you like.
