Super berry oats bowl Serves 1 Ready in 7 min
Microwave 100g frozen berries, the zest of ½ an orange and a squeeze of the juice on high for 2 min. Stir 4 tsp oats into 2 tbsp low-fat plain yoghurt. Top the berries with the oats, ½ sliced banana, ½ tsp cacao nibs and ½ tsp chia seeds, if you like.
