Jack Rab­bit is the re­sult of lo­cal and award-win­ning choco­latier Stephanie Cero­nio’s pas­sion for desserts. Based in Pre­to­ria, the choco­late stu­dio spe­cialises in ex­quis­ite and colour­ful, small-batch bon­bons filled with flavours that change weekly (choose from the likes of salted caramel to peanut but­ter and honey, plus many, many more). You’ll also find a range of lux­ury ‘booze­balls’ (aka liqueur truf­fles), as well as ice-cream mac­aron sand­wiches (avail­able dur­ing their weekly ice-cream so­cial events) and gourmet marsh­mal­lows. The Jack Rab­bit Choco­late Stu­dio won gold in the In­ter­na­tional Choco­late Awards Euro­pean Open cat­e­gory in 2017 and they rep­re­sented South Africa in Syd­ney at the Savour Pat­tisier com­pe­ti­tion last year.
