Se­cu­rity boost for Richards Bay rugby club wel­comed

SE­CU­RITY at Richards Bay Rugby Club has been bol­stered af­ter Fidelity ADT re­cently do­nated an up­grade to its ser­vices.

In ad­di­tion to monthly mon­i­tor­ing of the club­house and of­fices, the se­cu­rity com­pany has also spon­sored CCTV ca­bles to as­sist the club in fur­ther in­creas­ing its safety mea­sures.

‘We are proud to sup­port com­mu­nity or­gan­i­sa­tions such as Richards Bay Rugby Club,’ said Fidelity ADT’s Richards Bay Branch Man­ager, Les Run­gasamy.

‘The club is one of the most well sup­ported sports and recre­ational es­tab­lish­ments in Richards Bay, and we re­main com­mit­ted to do­ing ev­ery­thing we can to keep the premises, sup­port­ers and staff safe.’

‘We wish to ex­press our sin­cere grat­i­tude and ap­pre­ci­a­tion to­wards Fidelity ADT for their sup­port and spon­sor­ship, said Rynie Kearns, Richards Bay Rugby Club Chair­per­son.

‘Non-profit or­gan­i­sa­tions find it ex­tremely dif­fi­cult just to sur­vive, there­fore con­tri­bu­tions such as this most def­i­nitely ben­e­fit the club, its mem­bers and the com­mu­nity.

‘We ap­pre­ci­ate your sup­port and the kind do­na­tions which have helped make 2018 another suc­cess­ful year at the club.’

Apart from se­cu­rity, Fidelity ADT sup­ports the Richards Bay com­mu­nity through var­i­ous spon­sor­ships, do­na­tions and ini­tia­tives, as well as shar­ing knowl­edge with lo­cal Com­mu­nity Polic­ing Fo­rum (CPF) groups.

‘We look for­ward to a long­stand­ing re­la­tion­ship with Richards Bay Rugby Club and will def­i­nitely re­main one of their big­gest sup­port­ers as they move into the 2019 sea­son,’ said Run­gasamy.
