The table

Fairlady Bride - - Décor -

A modern, blonde-wood table was used to set the tone of this look, with wooden underplates to bring in another earthy element. Simple wine glasses and plain stainless steel cutlery, paired with white plates, keep the look minimal, while the shiny candleholders, sparkly votives and golden trimmings on the plates add a touch of luxury. Tall, thin candles add to the clean-cut feel, but we opted for rose pink instead of white candles for an added bit of colour. Modern white Perspex chairs are perfect to finish off the look.

Wooden charger plate (R55 each), Madura dinner plate (R59 each), soup bowl (R59 each), side plate (R49 each) and Floral Jacquard napkin (R99 for 4) all @home. Windsor steak knife set (R159 for 4), knife set (R149 for 4), fork set (R149 for 4) and soup spoon set (R139 for 4), Forum large crystal red wine glass (R55 each), crystal white wine glass (R49 each) and crystal flute (R49 each) all @home. Rose gold glitter votive candles (R69 for 3) and S&P fromage board with 3 glass domes (R489) all @home. Golden candlesticks and rose pink candles Stylist’s own.

To recreate this modern yet classic feel, keep your table décor to a minimum. Skip the tablecloth to show off the natural grain of the wooden table and let your stationery and your flowers do the talking.
