We all have that person in our lives – the one who is impossible to buy presents for. (you know who you are.) When all else fails, I find some really nice coffee usually hits the spot, which is why I was excited to see these.

Nespresso has launched two special edition collections: Variations, which is inspired by quintessentially French flavours like macaron, praline and pure black espresso; and Explorations, a luxe collection of rare coffees from Nicaragua, India, the Dominican Republic and Santa Cruz Island. The Variations sleeves are R95 each and the Explorations range comes in a ‘schmancy’ limited-edition box set, with four different types of coffee, two Reveal glasses and a coffee table book. At R1000, it’s more of a splurge.
