Highest: [Bull]: R180 000 Dordrecht – Russell Clark held a production sale on Denwood farm near Dordrecht on 22 August.

The highest-priced Tuli bull, TULMHBH 16 18, was sold to Ben Raath of Donkerhoek Boerdery in Britstown for R180 000. The 21 Tuli bulls on offer fetched an average price of R45 620. The average price paid for Tuli heifers was R18 640. All the animals on offer were sold.

The highest-priced Hereford bull, HFDMKRM 16 32, was sold to John Eustace of Himeville for R88 000. The 16 Hereford bulls on offer fetched an average price of R41 750. The Hereford heifers sold for an average of R17 330.
