This Broiler and Layer Course introduces delegates to broiler and egg production, and covers health and feed management practices for poultry. The course also focuses on the importance of cleaning and disinfecting poultry holdings and utilising biosecurity practices. Delegates will also learn how to manage the collection and storage of table eggs on the farm.
