Noordwes Meatmaster Sale

HIGHEST: (RAM) R12 000

Klerksdorp – The Noordwes Meatmaster Sale was held on the farm Mahemsvlei on 18 March.

The highest price of the day was achieved by a ram, which was sold by Nico Grobler of Kern Meatmasters in Ventersdorp to Frits Hoogendijk of Bronkhorstspruit for R12 000. Rams were sold for an average price of R6 500.

The second-highest price of the day was paid for a ewe, which was sold by Grobler to William Vosloo of Delareyville for R7 750. Ewes achieved an average price of R3 680, while ewes and lambs were sold for an average price of R4 000.
