Hillbilly Homes
Dear Jonno,
I have a farm in Mpumalanga on which I grow fruit. While I already have accommodation for my permanent staff, I now require additional lodgings for my seasonal staff during the harvesting and packing season.
I would like a six-roomed complex, with each room able to accommodate one or two people. I leave it up to you to design something that will be functional and cost-effective.
Kind regards,
André
Dear André,
The accommodation I have designed for you is functional and cost-effective, as per your request.
I’ve also included other essentials for comfortable living:
• Washing and toilet facilities for men and women;
• Cooking facilities and an outside braai boma;
• A scullery with lock-up cabinets where each resident can store his/her pots and pans;
• A laundry for bedding and clothing.
The braai boma can be roofed over to protect against the sun and rain. Kind regards, Jonno
