Responsiveness and & transparency

This measures the efficiency and time of responses to our mystery shopping exer- cise and the transparency of the information provided both on the website and in our communication with the brokers. Transparency levels are generally excellent, having improved tremendously over the past few years. In terms of responsiveness, while the brokers ranked here were excellent, there were a few who were tardy.
