This year we changed the ap­proach: whereas be­fore we used to ask the firms to re­spond to case stud­ies of typ­i­cal client re­quire­ments in each archetype, this year we pop­u­lated the client sur­vey with ex­tra ques­tions de­signed to elicit the in­for­ma­tion sim­i­lar to what we pre­vi­ously de­rived from the re­sponses to the case stud­ies.

We also asked firms to rank their peers in each archetype.

Be­cause of the dif­fer­ent method­ol­ogy, th­ese scores are not com­pa­ra­ble to pre­vi­ous years.
