John Loos Housing supply has been mopped up

lowest level in four years. It now costs an average 29,5% less to buy a house than to build a new one. Eighteen months ago the price difference was still around 36%. The narrowing cost gap is a result of the prices of existing properties rising faster recently than building costs. Joan Muller
