David Hasselhoff, former Baywatch and Knight Rider star and partner to SA singer Patricia Lewis, has created an oceangoing novelty act.

On November 4 next year, the first official David Hasselhoff fan cruise will leave harbour in Italy for a voyage that will last six days.

For US$599, fans will be all at sea with their hero.

The official blurb says: “David is on board with you for the duration of the cruise.”

He will not be able to leave, and nor will you.
