FRUITY ICE LOLLIES
Makes 6 EASY 15 mins + overnight, to freeze
WHAT YOU NEED
125ml (½ cup) each Clover Krush Tropical, Clover Krush Mango and Clover Krush Berries
375g (1½ cups) Clover Smooth Low Fat Yoghurt
100g fresh/tinned granadilla pulp 100g frozen raspberries
crushed ice, to serve fresh seasonal fruit, to garnish fresh mint leaves, to garnish
HOW TO DO IT
1 Lightly grease 6 x 125ml ice-lolly moulds with cooking spray. Set aside until needed. 2 Pour the Clover Krush Tropical, Clover Krush Mango and Clover Krush Berries into 3 separate bowls. Add a ⅓ (125g) of the yoghurt to each bowl. Whisk well.
3 Fold the granadilla pulp into the Clover Krush Tropical mixture. Set aside.
4 Add the frozen raspberries to the Clover Krush Berry mixture. Set aside until needed. 5 Divide the ice-lolly mixtures among the prepared moulds and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving in a tray of crushed ice. Garnish with the fresh seasonal fruit and fresh mint leaves.
