Sum­mer is in full swing, which means it’s time to head out­side and make the most of it. Whether you’re out loung­ing by the pool, hav­ing a pic­nic or host­ing an al­fresco get-to­gether, these re­fresh­ing lol­lies are the per­fect snack to en­joy while soak­ing up the sun

FRUITY ICE LOL­LIES

Makes 6 EASY 15 mins + overnight, to freeze

WHAT YOU NEED

125ml (½ cup) each Clover Krush Trop­i­cal, Clover Krush Mango and Clover Krush Berries

375g (1½ cups) Clover Smooth Low Fat Yo­ghurt

100g fresh/tinned granadilla pulp 100g frozen rasp­ber­ries

crushed ice, to serve fresh sea­sonal fruit, to gar­nish fresh mint leaves, to gar­nish

HOW TO DO IT

1 Lightly grease 6 x 125ml ice-lolly moulds with cook­ing spray. Set aside un­til needed. 2 Pour the Clover Krush Trop­i­cal, Clover Krush Mango and Clover Krush Berries into 3 sep­a­rate bowls. Add a ⅓ (125g) of the yo­ghurt to each bowl. Whisk well.

3 Fold the granadilla pulp into the Clover Krush Trop­i­cal mix­ture. Set aside.

4 Add the frozen rasp­ber­ries to the Clover Krush Berry mix­ture. Set aside un­til needed. 5 Di­vide the ice-lolly mix­tures among the pre­pared moulds and freeze overnight. Re­move from freezer about 10 min­utes be­fore serving in a tray of crushed ice. Gar­nish with the fresh sea­sonal fruit and fresh mint leaves.
