Sip and savour some fes­tive cheer with this de­li­cious ve­gan eggnog made us­ing Clover Soy Milk

VE­GAN EGGNOG

WHAT YOU NEED

1L (4 cups) Clover Soy Milk

200g ex­tra-firm tofu

200g maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla essence

1½ tsp ground cin­na­mon + ex­tra, to dust ¼ tsp ground nut­meg

¼ tsp ground cloves

¼ tsp all­spice

160ml (⅔ cup) rum

HOW TO DO IT

1 Place all of the in­gre­di­ents in a blender and blitz un­til smooth and frothy.

2 Di­vide the mix­ture among 6 – 8 tum­blers. Dust with ground cin­na­mon and serve. Re­frig­er­ate any left­overs.
