As a sub­scriber to Food & Home En­ter­tain­ing, it is al­ways with great an­tic­i­pa­tion that I open each is­sue of the mag­a­zine. The Novem­ber 2018 edi­tion, in par­tic­u­lar, was such a sur­prise when I saw a whole sec­tion on ve­gan recipes. With Novem­ber be­ing my mom’s birthday month, I planned a spe­cial oc­ca­sion and made these de­li­cious dishes for her to show my love and re­spect. Hav­ing tried the recipes be­fore­hand, I knew she would en­joy them just as much as I had. She was even happy to add the recipes to her reper­toire! Thank you, F&HE – you al­ways de­liver.
