Fire doesn’t quench Kretzenshoop’s spirit
On the Friday after Blanco and Golden
Valley were evacuated due to the terrifying fire on the mountainside, the community put the bad experience behind them, and came together to join in on the festivities and support the local school, Kretzenshoop Primary's inter-house athletics day. Everyone was in high spirits and the day was a huge success with smiles and celebrations all round - even though only one team could be the winner.
