Design your own festive meal

-

The Hussar Grill is regarded as one of South Africa's premier grill rooms, known for outstanding steaks, an award-winning wine selection, superb service and warm ambience.

The Hussar Grill opened its 18th grill room in July 2018 and you'll find this welcome addition to the popular Garden Route town of George in the Caledon Square Lifestyle Centre.

The Hussar Grill George joins its fellow grill rooms across the country in encouraging you to indulge this festive season.

There are three special set menus to enjoy, each offering a three-course meal. Guests may design their dining experience by choosing a starter, main course and dessert from among the delectable set menu options.

To start, choose from chicken livers, calamari strips, snails, springbok carpaccio, black mushroom or a prawn and avocado cocktail (seasonal) as an introduction to your meal.

For your main course consider a Class A rump or sirloin steak, parmesan chicken breasts, pork belly, ribs, lamb shank, kingklip or calamari. Finally, top off the experience with a delicious dessert such as baked cheesecake, crème brûlée, malva pudding, chocolate fondant, chocolate vodka or icecream and chocolate sauce. The set menus are an addition to an extensive regular menu that is also on offer upon request.

As the George venue awaits its liquor license, guests are welcome to bring their own wines to enjoy at the restaurant with their meal. It must also be noted that even when this license comes into play, the restaurant will never charge corkage - in fact, none of The Hussar Grill restaurants levy a corkage fee.

The set menus vary in price, with Menu 1 costing R250 per head, Menu 2 costing R285 per head and Menu 3 costing R335 per head. To view the full menus, please visit: www. hussargrill.co.za/menu/.
