APD hosts bumper Christmas party
The story of Christmas was told to the 70 disabled children at the fun-filled Christmas party the George Association for Persons with Disabilities (APD) held at their premises on Thursday 29 November. Social worker Amonette Prinsloo thanked the SWD Coded Bikers Club who made it possible for all the children to receive a present, a piece of Christmas cake and a sweets parcel, the George fire brigade who brought Father Christmas and Amelia Martin from Bible Art who sponsored the books for the day.
