PropertyTime Empowers Estate Agents

-

At a special awards luncheon held at Salinas Restaurant in Wilderness, Pierre Rousseau, founder and director of PropertyTime (www. pierrerousseau. co.za) presented Brenda Peterson (George and Fancourt area) and Desiré Zwahlen (Wilderness area) with special national awards in the form of beautiful handmade pewter plaques. Brenda was awarded National Top Agent for Most Sales

2018 and Desiré was the National Top Commission Earner 2018. Both these ladies also earned accolades in 2017 and 2016. Desiré and Brenda feel very privileged to be associated with the PropertyTime brand. They have experienced that at PropertyTime you, the agent, is the most important part of the buying and selling process. You run your business from home - under the PropertyTime umbrella - giving you the opportunity to manage your own affordable business and time for yourself, but not by yourself.

If you are able to operate as your own "boss", the company is able to reward you by paying you, THE AGENT, 91% of the commission.

Pierre Rousseau said, "PropertyTime gives recognition to its top achievers at national level. To qualify as the top agents Desiré and Brenda pulled out all the stops, making the company proud to reward them as top agents.

At the end of the day, it is about offering a service of excellence to both the buyer and the seller and that is what they both do, every day!"

The other agents working under the PropertyTime banner in the Garden Route are:

Jim Alexander, specialising in Mossel Bay Estate. Jim is also the area manager based in Mossel Bay.

Ivor Peterson and Brenda Peterson, (George) specialising in Fancourt, Kingswood and security estates in George.

John Gother (George) specialising in security estates, commercial and farms.

Desiré Zwahlen (Wilderness and surrounds) which includes seafront, residential as well as smallholdings. A formidable team indeed.

PropertyTime engenders a social and community ethos in its agents and has made a commitment to give back to the community. All agents have the opportunity to contribute by donating a portion of their commission.

This year PropertyTime supported the George-based Options Care Centre, run by Youth for Christ, donating a portion of their commission in support of the sterling work done. Pierre presented a cheque of R10 000 to the director, Laurie Edwall, during the ceremony.

You are welcome to contact any of the PropertyTime agents at www.propertytime. co.za.
