GETTING THERE

Chintsa is 45 minutes from East London on the N2, or about six hours from Bloemfontein via the N6. There is no bridge over the river in the village, so if you’re driving you must head back inland along Chintsa Drive to travel between the west and east sides. Or just walk along the beach between the two.
