Cuban food, with its many layers of flavours, is a tribute to the people, their passion and their past. The country has had a complicated history, and through it all food kept families and communities together – even when there wasn’t much to go around. One thing that’s never been in short supply is rum, which pairs perfectly with Cuban cigars.
