Ties and pin basics

Bobby pins

The most basic of tools is also the most important (which is why most of us have a bunch at the bottom of our bags!). For extra grip spritz with texture spray and slip into your hair, straight side up.

Hair pin

These work brilliantly to hold long, thick or curly hair in a top knot or bun. An expert trick to stop them from slipping out: bend one arm to create a Z-shape and use as normal.
