15 Minutes to a stress-free you
Try this Ayurvedic-inspired morning routine to increase energy and get in touch with your senses, so you can engage positively with the world and the sumptuousness of life.
• Begin by going to bed early, so you can wake early, too. • Lie still for a few moments to connect with your guts before your mind and body start racing. • When you get out of bed, walk to the bathroom and be conscious of how your feet feel and are touching the earth. • Wash your hands, face, eyes, nose, mouth and tongue. • Drink some water. • Spend a few minutes focusing on each of your five senses. Look at something beautiful; listen to something pleasing; smell, taste and touch things that make you feel good and happy.
