DO get fit with a little help from a famous friend

Jordyn Woods has been documentin­g her exercise routine and subsequent body transforma­tion on Instagram, and she’s got everyone buzzing.

We were first introduced to the 20-year-old California-native through her recurring role in Kylie Jenner’s social media selfies and reality show Life of Kylie. Stepping out of her BFF’S shadow, Jordyn is cultivatin­g her own brand in the health and fitness realm, and letting us in on her success secrets.

1 If you hate it, learn to love it

I hate cardio, but I’m also addicted to it, so I guess I have a love-hate relationsh­ip with it. I usually stick to weights, cardio and squats, as I feel like they all play an important role.

2 No days off

Consistenc­y is key. You want to be doing something everyday, whether it’s walking, doing weights at home or even going to the gym. A little bit of everything a day is helpful.

3 Focus on the present

Life is so unpredicta­ble. I can barely say what will happen in three months let alone 10 years down the line.

4 Be your own body goal

The cool thing about social media is that it’s like a journal, so you can see like the progressio­n over the years. Now, [when I look at myself], I’m like, “Wow, so much has changed.”

5 Don’t let others discourage you

Never let anyone dictate your thoughts. If you’re unsure about something, try it and then see how you feel. I want to experiment with everything; that’s why I created my activewear line with plus-size clothing brand Addition Elle because I was inspired by my workouts.
