“My style is timeless, classy and relatable. Glamour for me isn’t a display of wealth, but rather an expression of
imagination. It’s also just an accessory for someone with great style. My late aunt, who was a fashion designer, played a huge role in my love for fashion and style. My twin sister and I grew up browsing through her wardrobe, photo albums and her fashion magazines; she probably had all the Vogue
issues at the time. There’s no better feeling than being
African in Africa at the moment. It gives me great joy to see African designers
finally being accepted and celebrated for their authentic touch and talent globally. I’m excited to see what the future holds for
our designers.”
