Caesar dressing

30g White wine vinegar 30g Parmesan cheese 25g Mustard

40g Anchovies

25g Lemon juice 15g Sugar

1 Egg

2 Egg yolks

800ml Grapeseed oil

> Blend all ingredients together except the oil. While blending, add the oil slowly.

> Sprinkle with salt to taste.
